Lucent Health is now live with Availity Essentials™

Lucent Health is transitioning its provider portal functionality to Availity Essentials™, a secure multi-payer portal. When verifying eligibility, be sure to select Lucent Health as the payer.

If you already use Availity Essentials for other health plans in your region, you should already see Lucent Health in the payer drop down list.

Not sure if you or your organization has an Essentials account?

Ask your office manager. Only the person who will become the organization’s primary administrator needs to register. If your organization is registered, ask your Availity Essentials administrator to create an account for you.

Once you get your Essentials account, you’ll be able to access a robust, searchable help system as well as on-demand webinars and demo videos to help you get started. For helpful tips and registration resources, go to Register and Get Started with Availity Essentials.

To access the Availity provider help center, log into the Availity Essentials home page, select Help and Training > Find Help.
To access the training videos, log into the Availity Essentials home page, select Help and Training > Get Trained.
