Previously, Tracy served as COO at Highmark Health, where he led efforts that reduced SG&A costs by 20%, integrated clinical and operational functions to improve member experience, and scaled digital transformation across claims, billing, and customer service. His seven-year tenure there included overseeing technology and health plan operations for 4.4 million members across various platforms, including Medicare, ACA, and Medicaid. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, achieving a 30% reduction in costs by standardizing processes and automating claims functions.
