Available to all mothers-to-be, the program is designed to decrease preterm and complicated births and improve maternal and infant health.
Our commitment to healthy babies and moms begins early, with screening to identify risk factors for infants with low birth weight. Each patient is assigned a Maternity Case Management nurse, a registered nurse (RN) with a minimum of three to five years of obstetrical experience. Strong rapport with patients and providers fuels the communication and care coordination that add up to cost savings, while helping members achieve their goal of a healthy, full-term delivery.
