1. Prescription
The member’s physician prescribes a specialty drug and sends the medication to the member’s local pharmacy or a specialty pharmacy.
2. Price Comparison
The member’s pharmacy processes the script and the Lucent Health Specialty Rx team is notified. We search for the lowest cost option for fulfilling the prescription.
3. Case Management Outreach
A Lucent Health case manager will reach out to the member via phone to help with any additional administrative tasks necessary to complete the fulfillment process. walks the member through any administrative tasks required in the prior authorization process.
4. Home Delivery
After the member finishes completing any remaining administrative tasks, they will receive your medication via mail order directly to their home or other another requested address.
