How it Works, Step by Step
1. Prescription Identification
After identifying a prescription as a specialty drug, the pharmacy forwards the claim to Narus to find the lowest-cost option.
2. Application
The member calls LucentRx for help with the application.
3. Fulfillment
After approval of prior authorization, LucentRx works with the member and pharmacy to determine the most efficient way to obtain the drug.
4. Access
Once enrolled in patient assistance program, the member receives the drug directly from the manufacturer.
