  • Option 1 is available with or without a physician/ancillary-only network. (The network logo on a PNA-affiliated card can facilitate acceptance of the plan at the provider’s office.)
  • Option 2 is a traditional preferred provider organization (PPO) selected by the employer from an available regional network (Aetna, Cigna and others).
