Lucent Health Plans

Members choose between a cost-saving reference-based pricing (RBP) plan—with low or no premiums—and a traditional PPO plan. Employers can opt to add services such as Lucent Rx, a cost-saving specialty prescription drug service; Teladoc telehealth and telemedicine services; and Youturn Health virtual behavioral health solutions.
Employer costs per employee per month (PEPM) drop, on average, from $35 to $15. Meanwhile, plan members are empowered to use their healthcare dollars more efficiently, in a way that meets their individual needs—including complex ones.
Lucent Health’s RBP Dual Option saves the employer money while giving the individual employee the flexibility to choose the best option for their healthcare needs.
- Option 1 is available with or without a physician/ancillary-only network. (The network logo on a PNA-affiliated card can facilitate acceptance of the plan at the provider’s office.)
- Option 2 is a traditional preferred provider organization (PPO) selected by the employer from an available regional network (Aetna, Cigna and others).
