Lucent Health’s Concierge Care program makes it easier. With one phone number, members can get help with healthcare and insurance questions, understand their benefits, and schedule care. They never have to figure it out alone.
The Concierge Care team can support members with:
- Finding a doctor, specialist, or facility
- Assisting with medication questions
- Understanding covered services under their plan
- Resolving provider issues
- Answering questions about copays and claims
- Reviewing bills or explanations of benefits (EOBs)
- Securing prior approval for medical procedures
- Requesting a new or replacement ID card

Lucent Health provides clients with monthly reports to ensure visibility into the entire member population. Clients receive detailed data on interactions with our Concierge Care team, including issue resolution information, program utilization and other customized performance metrics.
All plan enrollment activity is covered, including:
- Detailed monthly reporting
- Continuous data analytics of all eligible lives
- Member risk stratification and risk assessments
- Manual claims review of all at-risk cases
- Lucent Health app for adult members to view their plan details
