For members, the choices begin with the selection of either a reference-based pricing (RBP) plan—with low or no premiums—or a traditional PPO plan. They also select the blend of care management services that best addresses their personal health needs, including chronic care options for conditions such as diabetes and transplants. Tying it all together holistically is Lucent Health Care Management, our in-house dedicated care management team and conciegre solutions, while our member-centric mobile app connects members with care teams and help them navigate their own health journey.
Meanwhile, employers have the option of adding supplemental services like Lucent Health SpecialtyRx, a cost-saving specialty prescription drug service. Whatever services they choose, they can expect to see an improved ROI and per employee per month (PEPM) savings.
