Quantify Specialty Care

Members have access to Quantify Specialty Care, a program that curbs costs for specialty infusion drugs and therapies. Quantify offers home infusion therapy in all 50 states as well as 65+ infusion clinics in 16 states.

Fill out the form linked below if you have an upcoming procedure scheduled that was covered by your previous benefits plan to ensure that it will be covered by the Lucent Health plan.
