Dealing With the Opioid Addiction Crisis In The Workplace

Jim Meadows, M.D. - Chief Medical Officer, Narus Health

Increasingly, employers are finding that employees and family members are caught in the web of opioid addiction, leading to ever increasing costs and personal tragedy that affects the company’s bottom line and ability to maintain a healthy workforce. President Trump, in a recent policy speech, called the national opioid crisis a “scourge” and promised to put in place programs that will “liberate” Americans from this health emergency. Instead of waiting for these new programs, we are leading the charge in working toward identifying and curing opioid addiction issues faced by clients. In this important session, we will be presenting our solution to the opioid problem.
