We are excited to invite the MMA team to our second annual MMA event this April! This new event will bring together MMA consultants from across the country to meet in a more intimate setting, where they can spend time with members of the Lucent Health team and learn more about how MMA and Lucent Health can work together to best support employers and their members through their self-funded healthcare journey.

After booking your flight, share your receipt with us and we will reimburse you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Attendees will receive the event agenda in their email within a few weeks of the event. The agenda will also be added to the website page for attendees to view online.

Once an attendee has registered, their Sales Executive is notified and expected to be in attendance at the event. On the off chance that your Sales Executive is unable to attend, we will let you know ahead of the event.

If you’d like to join the Lucent Health team for golf on April 27, arrive to the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota by noon to ensure you’re able to get on the shuttle in time to meet our 1:00 pm EST tee times. If you aren’t interested in making it to golf on the 27th, arrive by 6:30 pm CST to meet up with the team ahead of dinner at 7:00 pm CST.

Yes – plus ones are welcome to join us for dinner and activities. However, meetings are for MMA consultants only.

PLEASE NOTE: Include your plus one’s information on your registration so we can be sure that we accommodate the appropriate amount of people for dinner and activities.

The easiest way to manage flight preferences, rewards, changes, and other travel requests is for attendees to book their own flight. Lucent Health will reimburse all broker and consultant attendees for their flight or travel to Sarasota and back home. Once you’ve booked your flight, email your receipts to Katie Volpentesta at katie.volpentesta@lucenthealth.com and she will ensure you are reimbursed at the event.

Lucent Health has reserved a room block at the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota for the evenings of April 27 and 28. If you haven’t received an email confirmation by the mid-April, reach out to Katie Volpentesta at katie.volpentesta@lucenthealth.com to confirm we have your reservation in our room block and get you a reservation confirmation in your email.

Smart casual attire is recommended, such as jeans or trousers, polos, quarter-zips, blouses, or skirts. We encourage professional, comfortable attire. If you plan to golf or swim, make sure to pack accordingly!
